My Virtual Reality Experience
Hi everyone! Today I want to talk about my recent experience that I loved : Virtual Reality.
Virtual Reality is a computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by a person using special electronic equipment.
Virtual reality is an artificial environment that is presented to the user in such a way that the user suspends belief and accepts it as a real environment. You can experience it so extreme that it sometimes can make you sick. Virtual reality sickness occurs when exposure to a virtual environment causes symptoms that are similar to motion sickness symptoms. The most common symptoms are general discomfort, headache, stomach awareness, nausea, vomiting, pallor, sweating, fatigue, drowsiness, disorientation, and apathy.
You wear the virtual reality headset over your eyes like a pair of goggles. It blocks out all external light and shows you an image on high-definition screens in front of your eyes. While it's a great technology in our time, parents are worried for their kids eyes. Parents have long told children that staring at a screen will make their eyes go square, but scientists says there is no evidence that long exposure to screens can cause permanent damage. And it has very advantages. Such as; Improves retention and recall, simplifies complex problems/situations, it is suitable for different learning styles and it is fun, of course.
